This is a fast-paced action game that uses the unique "3-second counter" to roll an iron ball to liven up the atmosphere with slapstick bargains and serious yet nonsensical challenges.

Players flip over a theme card and have 3 seconds to tell each other how many times they can do that theme. The person who says the highest number wins the challenge. We will actually challenge you in 3 seconds. If you succeed, you get points, but if you fail, the right to challenge goes to the person who said the next highest number, and if they fail, the right to challenge goes to the next person, and so on.
You can find the maximum number you can do, or you can choose a lower number and aim for the fishermen's benefit. It's not just a straight-forward challenge; strategy can also be surprisingly effective.

This work is a remake of the well-received ``3 Second Rule'' released by Hitojarashi in 2013, and the designers are Daichi Chihara and Masashi Ikegami.
